# Terms of Service: Erayaha EIA

## 1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing Erayaha EIA or ordering pre-submission gap audits, you agree to these Terms of Service.

## 2. Advisory Nature of Service
Erayaha EIA provides automated pre-submission screening and quality audits. We do not replace accredited environmental consultancies and do not represent government appraisal authorities. Final grant of environmental clearances, permits, or approvals remains the sovereign prerogative of official regulatory authorities.

## 3. Intellectual Property
Clients retain full ownership of their underlying project data and receive an irrevocable, royalty-free license to submit generated audit dossiers to regulatory authorities, lenders, and investors.
