1. Scope & Commitment
Erayaha Inc ("Erayaha", "we", "us") respects the privacy and confidentiality of our clients, including project proponents, developers, environmental planners, and consulting organizations worldwide. This policy outlines how we handle information submitted to our pre-submission environmental clearance audit platform.
2. Proponent Project Data & Zero-Retention
Documents uploaded for pre-submission compliance screening (such as draft project descriptions, environmental impact assessments/statements, environmental management plans, GIS boundary shapefiles/GeoJSON, and technical engineering annexures) are classified as Confidential Client Project Data. Such documents are processed strictly in isolated ephemeral memory to perform the compliance audit. We do not use client project documents to train public AI models.
3. Information Collected
We collect business contact information (name, work email, phone number, company name, project jurisdiction, and sector) when you request an audit or contact our engineering and compliance desks. We use this information solely to deliver the audit reports, communicate findings, and fulfill our contractual obligations.
4. Data Security & Encryption
All data in transit is encrypted using Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3). Ephemeral storage volumes utilized during document parsing are protected by AES-256 encryption with automated purging upon audit completion.
